  One credit per gas account. If this Origin Affinity Variable ePlus Ongoing gas plan is still active with the customer on 31st December 2026, $25 (Incl. GST) credit will be applied to the customer's gas account after that date. If the customer ends this Origin Affinity Variable ePlus Ongoing gas plan before that date, the customer will not receive any credit. Credit is not redeemable for cash.

Price changes

Who can sign up:

• Efulfillment: You setup bills and letters by email. You can change at any time.
• New and Moving Customers Only: Offer only available to new residential electricity customers, and existing customers moving to a new property
• Credit Time Frame: Credit will only be applied if you haven't received a credit in the previous 12 months

• $15.00: late payment: A fee of $15.00 (GST exempt) may apply if your bill is not paid by the due date.
• $2.70: payment processing: If you pay at an Australia Post outlet, a payment processing fee of the higher of $2.70 or 0.49% (incl GST) may apply.
• $2.15: paper bill: $2.15 (incl GST) may apply for each paper bill.
