This plan has variable rates, fees, and charges, and may include energy payments that can change with notice to you. Any increases to your rates, fees or charges or reduction to energy payments will occur in July and you will receive at least five business days' notice. An increase to a tariff or charge or decrease in an energy payment made as a direct result of a tariff reassignment by your distributor may still occur at anytime.
