- If we vary our market offer prices or miscellaneous fees and charges, we will notify you at least five business days before the variation in the tariffs and charges are to apply to you; and deliver the notice by your preferred form of communication where you have communicated this to us, or otherwise by the same method as that used for delivery of your bill.
- When it ends
- The benefit period is 1 year. At the end of your benefit period you may be placed on a new pricing plan. We will notify you of any changes at least 20 business days before they take effect.

- $140.80: reconnection: Reconnection fee - applicable when energy is reconnected to the property. Wasted site visit fee of $71.50 applies if work cannot be completed.
- $15.40: other: Special meter read (including moving in and moving out of your supply address). Fee also applies for a wasted site visit to read the meter.
- $15.00: late payment: Late Payment Fee may be applied, if applicable (GST is not applicable).
- $1.09: dd dishonour: Direct Debit Rejection Fee (GST is not applicable).
