Assumptions:

• Time-of-use split: 35% off-peak, 40% peak, 25% shoulder wherever the plan has those windows. Change the split if you know your own pattern.
• Usage of 4,000 kWh a year, a reference figure used to compare plans on equal terms.
• Usage is spread evenly across the year and across each season.
• All prices include GST. Feed-in credits do not attract GST.

  Receive 3 hours of primary load free electricity usage daily (up to 24kWh) from 12pm-3pm in SA. Controlled load charges still apply during the free usage period. This plan is ideal for customers able to shift their energy consumption to these specific windows; failure to do so may result in higher overall costs. Please note that usage exceeding the 24kWh reasonable use cap during the free period may incur standard charges.

Solar

This plan pays a retailer feed-in tariff of 2c/kWh for energy you export. Closed government schemes also listed (not available to new customers): Government contribution

Price changes

We may vary our standing offer rates no more than once every six months. If we vary our rates, we will publish the variation in a newspaper and on our website at least 10 business days prior to the effective date. If we vary our rates, we will also provide you written notice of at least 5 business days prior to the variation. Where the variation is a reduction in the tariff or charge payable by you, we will provide you written notice as soon as practicable and no later than your next bill.
