• $16.00: late payment: Applies for each bill that's paid after the due date. Includes GST.
• $63.71: disconnection: Charged on disconnection. Actual fee may vary per network charges.
• $3.00: paper bill: Applies for each bill sent by post. Includes GST.
• $10.00: dd dishonour: Applies when a direct debit payment has dishonoured or reversed. Not subject to GST.
