Price changes
We'll vary energy rates no more than once every 6 months. If we do, we'll publish the variation in a newspaper and on our website at least 10 business days before it takes effect. For any increases we'll notify you at least 5 business days prior (or 10 business days for Queensland electricity), or by your next bill where there is a reduction (or at least 5 business days prior for Queensland electricity). Other charges may be varied with notice.
