Price changes

This plan has variable rates, fees, and charges, and may include energy payments for (e.g. a Solar Feed-in Tariff) that can change with notice to you. Any increases to your rates, fees or charges or reduction to energy payments will occur in July and you will receive at least five business days' notice. An increase to a tariff or charge or decrease in an energy payment made as a direct result of a tariff reassignment by your distributor may still occur at anytime.

Who can sign up:

• Eligible Residential Customers: Offer applies to residential customers with an applicable network tariff. Available to both existing and new Netflix customers, 18 years old and above. You must receive bills and other account related communications via your nominated email address for the duration of this Contract. Not available for new connections
• Mandatory eBilling: You must receive bills and other account related communications via your nominated email address for the duration of this Energy Plan.

• $101.41: disconnect non pay: Fee may be charged when manually disconnecting your meter in other circumstances, such as non-payment. Includes GST. Fees may vary.
• $92.55: reconnection: May be charged when manually reconnecting in other circumstances, such as after disconnection for non-payment. Includes GST. Fees may vary
• $12.00: late payment: A late payment fee may be charged when full payment has not been received by the bill due date. This amount is not subject to GST
