• Battery Power Top-Up
  VPP add-on that allows customers to participate in VPP on current plan. Customers with a compatible battery can enrol. In return, customers receive a $60 quarterly credit ($0.597758 ex gst / day). Key details: Customers remain on current plan and covered under existing VPP Services Agreement. Eligibility: compatible battery needed - see website. • Battery Power Top-Up Bonus
  VPP add-on available only through Electrify with ActewAGL, for customers purchasing eligible batteries through approved installers. This is in addition to the Battery Power Top-Up. In return, customers receive a $20 quarterly credit ($0.1992528 ex gst /day). Key details: customers remain on current plan, $20 quarterly bill credit ($80/year) and covered under the existing VPP Services Agreement. Price changes

If we vary our market offer prices or miscellaneous fees and charges, we will notify you at least five business days before the variation in the tariffs and charges are to apply to you; and deliver the notice by your preferred form of communication where you have communicated this to us, or otherwise by the same method as that used for delivery of your bill.

When it ends

The benefit period runs to 30 June 2027. At the end of your benefit period you may be placed on a new pricing plan. We will notify you of any changes at least 20 business days before they take effect.
