• Daily supply charge for 365 days$489.83

Assumptions:

• Time-of-use split: 35% off-peak, 40% peak, 25% shoulder wherever the plan has those windows. Change the split if you know your own pattern.
• Usage of 4,000 kWh a year, a reference figure used to compare plans on equal terms.
• Usage is spread evenly across the year and across each season.
• All prices include GST. Feed-in credits do not attract GST.
• One-off sign-up or bill credits are counted in the first-year figure only.

• This is an estimate. Your actual bill depends on when and how much energy you use, future price changes and whether you meet the plan's eligibility rules.

Offers

• Battery Power Top-Up
  VPP add-on that allows customers to participate in VPP on current plan. Customers with a compatible battery can enrol. In return, customers receive a $60 quarterly credit ($0.597758 ex gst / day). Key details: Customers remain on current plan and covered under existing VPP Services Agreement. Eligibility: compatible battery needed - see website. Existing ActewAGL customers receive a $100 sign up bonus, and new ActewAGL customers receive a $200 sign up bonus. Call 02 5110 2528 for more details.
• Battery Power Top-Up Bonus
  VPP add-on available only through Electrify with ActewAGL, for customers purchasing eligible batteries through approved installers. This is in addition to the Battery Power Top-Up. In return, customers receive a $20 quarterly credit ($0.1992528 ex gst /day). Key details: customers remain on current plan, $20 quarterly bill credit ($80/year) and covered under the existing VPP Services Agreement. Eligibility: Compatible battery (full list on website) purchased through Electrify with ActewAGL.

This plan pays a retailer feed-in tariff of 3c/kWh for energy you export.

Price changes

If we vary our market offer prices or miscellaneous fees and charges, we will notify you at least five business days before the variation in the tariffs and charges are to apply to you; and deliver the notice by your preferred form of communication where you have communicated this to us, or otherwise by the same method as that used for delivery of your bill.

When it ends

The benefit period is 1 year. At the end of your benefit period you may be placed on a new pricing plan. We will notify you of any changes at least 20 business days before they take effect.

Who can sign up:

• Electricity meter requirement: This is a Smart meter plan. Customer must agree to the installation of a smart meter if a smart meter is not already installed at the premises.
• Electric vehicle requirement: To be eligible for this plan, customer must own an electric vehicle.
• OC: This offer is only available over the phone or in person from ActewAGL.

• $115.21: disconnection: Disconnection fee - applicable when energy is disconnected to the property.
• $117.53: reconnection: Reconnection fee - applicable when energy is reconnected to the property.
• $52.20: other: Special meter read (including moving in and moving out of your supply address).
• $15.00: late payment: Late Payment Fee may be applied, if applicable (GST is not applicable).
• $1.09: dd dishonour: Direct Debit Rejection Fee (GST is not applicable).
